Create and manage system tags for content targeting. Follow the steps below to complete this task.

Navigate to Master Tag
Open from sidebar
Go to Settings › Master Data › Master Tag. Tags are used to target specific units or groups when distributing content.

Add a New Tag
Create a content targeting tag
Click Add New. Enter a tag name in the modal. Tags follow the format #tag_name and are auto-generated by the system after saving.

TipUse descriptive tag names like "floor-1" or "vip-rooms" for easy targeting.
Save the Tag
Confirm creation
Click Save to create the tag. It will appear in the list and become available for content assignment.
